My daughter recently experienced a renter’s insurance claim situation with her apartment over a holiday weekend and just days before moving to a new apartment. Tammy and her team have been great to work with. We had a tree damage one of our outside building from a storm a few weeks ago. I’ve been with Tammy for over 14 years. Her and her staff have always been good to me and so helpful. I had a hearing today where I was called to appear as the whiteness to a high school kid hitting my car. I was by myself there and the family was rude, had a bizzare entitled over the top, and better than thou attitude. I wasn’t even the one pressing charges. So obviously I’m upset. I went straight to Tammy’s office after and she truly made me feel much better about everything. She helped me start the next step in the process to get my vehicle fixed. I switched over to Tammy’s office about a year or so ago.. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with her & her team! Tammy personally took the time to chat with me about the things my previous agent had done and was able to not only fix everything but save me a lot of money! I’m younger and don’t fully understand how to set a lot of this up myself, so I was extremely grateful to have their help!
